I write this post with a very heavy heart as I am starting the New Year without a dear friend. I will be taking the next week to reflect and simply be still. Please be patient as I love this page and the supportive community it is creating, all in the name of health, bettering ourselves and happiness.
I will be back next week with regular posts, kettlebell workouts and more for you.
My friend Ozge was one of the most beautiful, inspiring and caring people I have known. She lived life to the very fullest and inspired me to try and do the same. She was one of those people you never forgot, she made an impression on people she met even just once and simply made you a better person for knowing her.
Oz was a yoga teacher and ran her own yoga practise with her good friend and business partner Scott Johnson in central London. She loved to travel, photography and being with people.
This is my friend Oz: http://ozgekarabiyik.com/aboutozge.html She wrote a blog called the bubble of happiness.

Despite this incredible great loss I look forward to 2012 with an immense amount of hope and excitement. This was what my friend was like. My sadness can not be described but neither can my gratitude for having known such an incredibly special person.
Wish you all health & happiness.
